The ketchup is one of the most beloved sauces in the world. That is why we, as experts in ketchup production, have set ourselves the mission to use only first-class Bulgarian products and to observe the highest standards.
The components in the recipe we are working with are: tomato puree, added sugar, salt, vitamin “C”, modified starch, acid, preservative and flavours.
The types that are included in our ketchup production are “Classic” (with the traditional taste of the sauce), “Mexican” (with a spicy note), “Barbecue” (usually for flavouring meat), “Pizza” (specially designed for addition to pizza) and ketchup type “Bulto” (in varieties “Classic” and “Mexicana”).
Our packaging varies from a disposable blister (30 g), through bottles with different capacities (from 280 g to 5.5 kg) to buckets (from 3 to 20 kg). The smaller ones are usually used for personal use at home and for convenience in fast food restaurants, and the larger ones – in restaurants or where too many customers and frequent use require constant availability of the product.
